– Orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday):
Delivered the next working day
– Orders placed after 12:00 PM:
Delivered within 2 working days

 

📦 Delivery Schedule for products we DON'T have in stock*

– Orders placed before 4:00 PM:
Delivered within 4 working days
– Orders placed after 4:00 PM:
Delivered within 5 working days

*You will be contacted by phone or email if we need extra time to produce and fulfill your order.

Delivery days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

We currently deliver to all UK mainland addresses.

Your order is packed in special chilled packaging to ensure it remains frozen in transit — preserving the flavour, texture, and quality of every item.
