A Middle Eastern favourite, our Baked Kibbeh is made with a flavourful mixture of seasoned minced beef and golden-brown bulgur wheat, onions, aromatic spices and Pine Nuts. A perfect balance of crunch and juiciness drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, it’s a great dish to serve as an appetizer or snack. (Contains Nuts).

Cooking directions
Oven (Recommended)
From Frozen:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan 160°C) / 350°F / Gas Mark 4.
2. Remove kibbeh from packaging and place on a lined baking tray.
3. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes, or until golden brown and hot throughout (internal temp ≥ 75°C).
4. Let rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
From Chilled (Defrosted):
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan 160°C) / 350°F / Gas Mark 4.
2. Bake for 5–10 minutes, or until heated through.
3. Rest before serving.
Microwave (Quickest, but softer crust)
From Frozen:
1. Place kibbeh on a microwave-safe plate.
2. Heat on full power (800W) for 2 minutes.
3. Flip and heat for an additional 1–2 minutes, or until piping hot.
4. Let rest for 1 minute before eating.
From Chilled:
1. Microwave on full power for 1.5 to 2 minutes, flipping halfway.
Note: Microwave results in a softer crust. For crispiness, finish in a toaster oven or under a grill for 3–4 minutes.
Air Fryer (For extra crispiness)
From Frozen:
1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
2. Place kibbeh in a single layer (no stacking).
3. Air fry for 5 – 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
From Chilled:
1. Air fry at 170°C for 2 – 5 minutes, until evenly heated and crisp.
