Feijoada – Brazilian Black Bean Stew
Rich, hearty, and full of flavour, Feijoada is Brazil’s most iconic dish. Made with slow-cooked black beans, traditional sausages, smoky chorizo, bacon, and tender smoked pork ribs, it’s a comforting stew that brings people together around the table.
At Casa Dias, we prepare our Feijoada in small batches, following time-honoured Brazilian recipes. Each pot is simmered slowly to develop its deep, smoky flavour, making it a true taste of Brazil’s culinary heritage.
