Cooking directions
Oven (Recommended)
From Frozen:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan 160°C) / 350°F / Gas Mark 4.
2. Remove quiche from packaging and place on a lined baking tray.
3. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes, or until golden brown and hot throughout (internal temp ≥ 75°C).
4. Let rest for 3 - 5 minutes before serving.
From Chilled (Defrosted):
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan 160°C) / 350°F / Gas Mark 4.
2. Bake for 5–10 minutes, or until heated through.
3. Rest before serving.
Microwave (Quickest, but softer base)
From Frozen:
1. Place quiche on a microwave-safe plate.
2. Heat on full power (800W) for 5 - 7 minutes.
3. Let rest for 2 minutes before eating.
From Chilled:
1. Microwave on full power for 1.5 to 2 minutes
Air Fryer (For extra crispiness)
From Frozen:
1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
2. Air fry for 10 – 15 minutes.
From Chilled:
1. Air fry at 170°C for 5 - 7 minutes, until evenly heated and crisp.
